Please complete the workshop/speaker request form below so that you can book or hold a date for one of our exciting and energizing workshops! When you complete this form, you are requesting that a date be held or contracted for your event/organization. You will receive confirmation of your request from us as soon as it can be determined that we can meet your needs. A "hold" is not a contract. It simply reserves the date for thirty days. There is no penalty for not booking a hold. When you request a contract, however, this is legally binding.
